The conference will start on Sunday, June 2 at 14:00. Lunch will be served for all participants prior to the beginning of the scientific programme. We therefore recommend to arrive during the morning of June 2.

The programme will finish around 13:00 on Tuesday, June 4 and will be followed by a closing lunch for all participants.

The registration fee includes:

• Admission to all scientific sessions
• Accommodation at the conference venue for the nights of June 2 and 3, 2024
• Conference book and bag
• Lunch and dinner on June 2, 2024
• Breakfast, lunch and dinner on June 3, 2024
• Breakfast and lunch on June 4, 2024

After having completed the pre-registration form, you will receive an automatic email confirming its reception.

Your registration request will be reviewed and validated by the organisers within the next 10 days. A final registration confirmation will follow by email, including a pro-forma invoice. This pro-forma invoice will be established following the information you submitted during the pre-registration process. Please notify any corrections to your registration immediately. Payment is due within 30 days.

Any registration which has been confirmed by LD Organisation is considered a valid registration, unless cancelled within two weeks from the registration date. After this period, cancellation fees are due.

Only registered participants will have access to all services provided by the conference secretariat.

The official conference language is English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.
