- March 31, 2017: Deadline for abstract submission for Oral Communication selection, free abstract submission for Poster presentation and Early Bird fees.
- From April 1 to May 4, 2017 included: abstracts for Poster presentations can still be submitted, but are subject to the prior payment of 50,00€ handling fees.
